Announcement of new company founding - Piston Rings Komarov s.r.o.

Dear business partners,

our shareholders have decided to improve our capabilities of product and customer service development for both Buzuluk businesses Piston Rings and Rubber Machinery.

As of November 1, a demerger project resulted in establishnig a new independent company Piston Rings Komarov s. r. o., which will continue in development, manufacturing and services of former Piston Rings Division. The decision of company demerger is based on different manufacturing sectors. The new independent company has been set up with the aim to improve individualized services for customers and to provide future sucess in both manufacturing sectors.

The new independent company Piston Rings Komarov is going to occupy the same location in Komarov, use the same machinery, technology and the same experienced piston rings team.

Piston Rings Komarov s.r.o. will supply products under traditional brand KOMA. As of above mentioned date, the following data are valid:
